Each year some volunteers are elected to serve as Officers or members of T-AHS's Board of Directors. Elections take place at T-AHS's annual meeting which is held the first Monday in December.

Officers include president, vice-president, secretary and treasurer.

Essential also are members of the Board of Directors who serve an array of needs, including functioning as curators, historians, education coordinator, publicity facilitators, overseers of buildings and grounds, and members and / or chairpersons of various committees, such as finance, membership, and hospitality.
